We enjoyed people and rooms of this venue. Thanks to their waiter for the help. There's Totally Taco located just walking distance from the hotel, I recommend to try food there.
Great service and clean facilities. Friendly staff made us feel at home. The beach was pristine and offered many activities. We enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the refreshing drinks from the bar. Location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops and attractions.
The buffet menu was limited and could have been improved.
Some of the vendors on the beach were persistent and a bit pushy.
This hotel provided me with a luxurious stay during my vacation. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa center and outdoor dining area, fulfilled all my needs. the staff's outstanding service, especially by Carolina and Marco at the dive shop, made me feel welcome.
The only minor issue was the view from my room, which wasn't as advertised.

Just walking distance from Argentinian Grill, where you can have lunch. We really loved perfect views. Staff, really amazing. They have housekeeping and 24-hour security too. It was a great experience and we would like to stay longer.

this hotel was best base for exploring west end, appreciated it. the idea to include a microwave, a refrigerator and kitchenware in the queen studio was nice. besides, we parked the car on-site. worth its 4 stars.
