Power stability during a windstorm

My room lights and internet stayed stable when the generator kicked in automatically after a windstorm took out the local power. I relaxed in a hammock on the communal patio while I drank coffee during my stay. I used the free washer and dryer in my room building after the host provided the detergent.

Private dock for sunsets

I snorkeled directly off the hotel steps into Half Moon Bay, then spent my evening star gazing from the private dock. My third-floor suite overlooked the water and featured a balcony with comfortable furniture where I enjoyed morning coffee. Since the hotel is situated in the West End, I walked to nearby restaurants for dinner after spending the day relaxing on the beach.

Overwater bungalows with private hammocks

I relaxed in a hammock on the overwater porch of my bungalow each evening after diving. I took the free water taxi from my room on the island to the mainland for dinner at the restaurant. We caught fish with John on our last day since we could not dive. The hilltop bar provided ping pong tables, pool tables, and shuffle board for fun activities.

Refreshing swim in the villa pool

I lounged on the private pier with an overwater gazebo with hammocks and swing chairs for sunset views. Meals at the on-site Sunken Fish restaurant were made-to-order and fresh. My room included a filtered water dispenser and a private porch with an ocean view. I spent my days diving with the professional dive shop staff after arriving at the resort.

Eighteen holes of golf near the sea

I played eighteen holes on the golf course with a view of the sea from the island green. After my game, I relaxed in the infinity pools which overlooked the ocean. I also ate grilled tomahawks during the steak night on the patio.

Hammocks on every private balcony

I sat on the balcony of my large condo to use the hammock, while I looked out toward Half Moon Bay from the hill. The kitchen was equipped for all my meals, and the air conditioning cooled the rooms during my three days. Scuba boat departing from the beach

Native Sons Dive Shop sits directly on the hotel, so I walked from my cabin to board the dive boat right off the beach. I ate budget-friendly meals at Yahongreh, the restaurant located in the garden. I also relaxed in the hammock on my cabin porch while surrounded by the jungle foliage during my stay.
